Returns & Exchange Policy

Our bar is set high when it comes
to customer service and satisfaction.

However, we know there is no such thing as perfection.
So when we fall short, we do our very best to make things right,
and to do so in a timely manner.

 


Please note the following:

  • Retail products can be returned for credit within 30 days if defective. If you need to return a defective item, please call us for a return authorization number.
  • All sales for prescription medications are final once they have left the pharmacy.
  • If you receive a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of its contents and call us immediately.
