Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy (NHRT)

There are five important statements that will help place this NHRT in perspective:

• Hormones do not decline because we age -- we age because our hormones decline.
• Natural hormone replacement therapy is not the secret to the fountain of youth; it is the secret to the fountain of "youthfulness"
• We believe in natural hormones that are bio-identical to what the body produces.  We will not use synthetics.  Drug companies like synthetics because they can patent them. We do not and you should not.
• Replacing hormones to levels that existed at a younger age can safely and effectively reverse many of the signs of aging.
• It is all about balance.  Individual  hormones cannot be looked at in isolation.  There is significant interplay between hormones – all must be examined and treated – testosterone, growth hormone, thyroid, DHEA, estrogen, progesterone and pregnenolone.

Decline in key hormones is a primary cause of aging.  Hormones begin to decline in mid-twenties.  This marks the beginning of the process we know as “aging”.  Medical science has determined men and women go through a menopause because of a decline is key hormones.  (In men it is know as “Andropause”)

  Note:  We replace all of the above hormones.  However, in replacing estrogen and progesterone, it is important that you work closely with a doctor in you home town.  To find a doctor who uses natural hormone, contact the Compounding Pharmacies in your area and ask them to recommend a doctor or doctors.  Compounding pharmacies are licensed pharmacies that prepare medication from scratch.  They do not simply dispense pills made by some big company.  

The good news is andropause and menopause are easily treated.  Replacing lost hormones to younger and healthier levels has proven safe and effective in reversing signs of aging.

Hormone Replacement is an exciting treatment process in which hormones are returned to more youthful levels. Your current hormone levels can be determined by laboratory testing. A physician then determines the amount of replacement hormones needed.   The goal at Renew Youth Centers is to return levels to that of approximately 30 years of age.  The results are excellent and exciting.

Only natural hormones are used in treatment programs designed by physicians specifically for each individual.  Testosterone is given by topical cream or by injection. Estrogen  and progesterone are given by topical cream or by pill. 

Growth hormone is given by self-administered injections.  We give you a very nice injection “pen” that makes it easy and painless.  DHEA and Thyroid are taken by oral capsule.

Pregnenolone is known as the "master hormone".  Pregnenolone is the ultimate parent steroid compound.  All steroid hormones in the body (including testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, and others) are produced from pregnenolone, which in turn is synthesized from cholesterol. Progesterone and DHEA are also parent steroids in the sense that they can give rise to a number of other steroid types, but only pregenolone is the ultimate precursor of all other steroid hormones.  What it does:
